After spending two decades in the corporate world, this business owner knew it was time for a change. Having helped companies and teams across the globe, she decided to launch her first online course to make people management easier and more enjoyable.

Scope of project

The goal of the project was to help the client grow her email list by running targeted Meta Ads. We focused on driving traffic to a freebie offer, designed to attract her ideal audience. The key objective was to build her email list at a low cost per lead, ensuring she could effectively nurture potential clients while keeping ad spend efficient.

Result

The graph highlights the impact of running Meta Ads. As soon as the ads went live, the client started generating leads daily. However, when the ads paused, the leads stopped, showing the direct correlation between ad activity and lead generation.

Over two months, the client gained 1,013 new email subscribers at an average cost of just €1 per lead. Even more impressive, the cost per lead dropped from month 1 to month 2 as we optimized the campaign. The lead conversion rate also improved, starting at 28% and climbing to nearly 35%.

This demonstrates the power of running ads—not only to grow your list but also to free up your time for other tasks while your business continues to expand. As with any ad campaign, optimization is key, and the results reflect this, with stronger outcomes in the second month.

Following this successful lead generation funnel, the client has now moved on to a sales funnel, which we’re actively managing.
